Drawdream Inc. (CEO Jay Kim), a phone voice AI company, announced that it will showcase its service LiveSpeech at ‘LiveSpeech AI Demo Day’, a product demo and hands-on event hosted by Rising Education in Vancouver, Canada, on October 26 (PST).
The event will run from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the BCIT (British Columbia Institute of Technology) Downtown Campus. Rising Education, a startup incubator based in British Columbia, is inviting founders, investors, CTOs and developers from its portfolio and alumni startups. About 50 to 60 attendees are expected.
LiveSpeech is an AI agent that makes and answers phone calls and handles conversations like a person. It emails a summary after each call, and developers can use it to add voice AI to their own services.
At the event, Drawdream will present LiveSpeech and run a live demo of the AI agent answering real phone calls and assisting callers. Attendees will then try LiveSpeech themselves in a hands-on session, and companies considering adoption can meet one-on-one with the team to discuss pilots (PoC).
Drawdream plans to hear directly from North American startups and developers about the challenges they face in handling phone calls and what they expect from voice AI, and to reflect that feedback in localizing the product. The company also aims to build relationships with North American customers and partners through follow-up meetings with companies it meets at the event.
“The phone is still the most direct channel between businesses and their customers,” said Jay Kim, CEO of Drawdream. “We hope North American developers and founders will try LiveSpeech for themselves and give us honest feedback. We want to understand more precisely where voice AI is really needed, and meet many customers and partners we can grow with.”
Drawdream plans to use the event to accelerate its expansion into the North American market.
